Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Scotch & Soda items, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
